NEW YORK CITY
I was born & raised in NYC and have been based in Florida since 2019.

DANCER
I’m trained in Bharatanatyam and Kathak. I restarted my Kuchipudi training in Jan 2022.

HARVARD
I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Anthropology at Harvard University’s Extension School.
My academic interests are situated in Medical Anthropology, focused on South Asian genetics and culture.

ARTS & SCIENCE
I have undergrad degrees in Anthropology and Visual Design, and I’m a CUNY Dance Major alumni. In 2023, I completed a certificate in Performing Arts Industry Essentials from NYU | Tisch x Backstage.

TRAINING
The majority of my artistic training has been in NYC and I’ve also taken an intensive dance course in India. For 11 years, I worked professionally with two award-winning Indian dance companies in NYC.

EDUCATOR
I taught various styles of Indian classical, folk, and cinematic dance in NYC from 2007-2019 and virtually since 2020.

NONPROFIT
I work for a nonprofit, utilizing my skills in anthropology and the arts, to assist in the preservation of African American culture.

TAMPA
I’m excited to continue sharing Indian culture in Tampa Bay!
